It seems likely that you missed the point. This is a business of artists licensing their intellectual property to commercial users (publishers). It is not a business of producing a commodity for sale. It certainly excludes the market segment I presume you are most familiar with: shopkeepers, freelancers, startups, and localized small businesses.
