I’d like to turn the photo business inside out like a sock. And I think I can; but not by making the “giants of today” take notice of the ideas I wrote about in this forum. I think I made it clear, it would be counterproductive for them to try. Ain’t gonna happen.
The Platform described in my article is nearly halfway built. I’m trying to riase the capital to finish the job. I don’t want to help the incumbents see the light, so to speak; I want to turn out their lights with my own company. I just have to find the right partner(s).
“Corporate” and “premium” work, Alexander, are “regular commercial photography.” The trick is establishing an AI-driven pricing-licensing-payments system online to make it equitable again. I think you’re really asking, How do I find clients? The answer to that question is a book in itself. In fact, that’s what Focus on Profit was all about. I may post some of it, here on Medium, at some point. In the meantime, it’s out of print but still available, I think, via Amazon et al.
